The goal of the New Paltz Instrument Library is to provide affordable access to musical instruments in the Hudson Valley. The instrument collection is a fluid, revolving collection that is comprised of donated instruments, as well as instruments that are hand-selected from our (Root Note Music Shop's) current inventory.

Membership is a modest $50 a year. This cost was based decided upon so as to keep it affordable for our members, and also to cover our maintenance and organizational costs.
